I wanted shoes in my favorite color at the time (lilac) but I couldn’t find any in my size. Apparently males aren’t allowed to wear purple shoes. So I took matters into my own hands, and now you can get yourself a pair too!
These get made when you order one, so it might take a little while for you to get it. It’s normal for the shoes to still smell a little like glue when you order them as they are freshly made. Best to let them sit for 24 hrs before putting them on.
They are quite lightweight and breathable, but sturdy. I’ve taken mine on hikes and it’s been about a year and they are still going strong as my daily wear + gym shoes.
The bottom/sole tread will give way after a while if you thrash them as much as I have. These are basically my only pair of runners, so just keep that in mind. I’d say that although they are durable, they will atrophy after a year of non stop use, so maybe these work as a pretty pair for going to the gym, not racking up heaps of kms on them.
finally, the shoe is a bright color, so keep them clean if you don’t want to be constantly buffing/washing them. I’d say they make good indoor gym shoes. Hand washing + air drying is recommended. I’ve never put them in a dryer but if you do lmk how you go!
